2018 was an exceptional vintage and this is a superb release of Brouilly Vieilles Vignes which is from a lieu-dit planted over 60 years ago called “Vuril”. It is incredibly vibrant in aroma, with lush notes of cherries, wild berries, citrus peel and spice, leading to a medium-bodied palate with youthfully firm but svelte tannins and a wonderfully elegant finish.
