From the far northeastern corner of Italy, right on the border with Slovenia, this wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Riesling. They are fermented separately in subterranean Georgian amphorae with extensive skin contact, wild yeast and no temperature control. Copper-coloured it is round, supple and velvety. Serve between 13-17°C.
