Produced by the legendary Angelo Gaja, Rossj-Bass is a Chardonnay-dominant blend named after Angelo`s youngest daughter Rossana. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks and subsequently matured in barriques for six to seven months, the nose delivers notes of ripe peaches, mangos, sweet lemon curd, toasted almonds, hints of fresh flowers and mountain herbs. On the palate, its full-bodied texture is counterbalanced by a vibrant acidity, offering tropical fruit, citrus, and toasty flavours.
