Satèn is the most elegant of the Franciacorta, made only in the best years from 100% Chardonnay grapes from high-altitude vineyards. Once assembled, the cuvée spends 4 years maturing in the cellar. The rich mousse, the extremely fine bubbles and the straw yellow colour give way to aromas of pink flowers, ripe citrus fruit and hazelnut. The palate has a smooth, creamy texture and a perfect balance between ripe nuances and freshness.
