Vincent Dancer is part of a new generation of winemakers that has been leading Burgundy forward. Dancer is originally from Alsace but now based in Chassagne-Montrachet, where he cultivates five hectares of vines, without the use of synthetic pesticides and herbicides. This release is from Les Corbins, a lieu-dit located just north of the village of Meursault. The vines here were planted in 1986 on limestone mixed with pebbles and the grapes are harvested by hand.
