Pio Cesare produces this classic style Barolo with grapes sourced from family-owned vineyards in Novello and Grinzane Cavour. The wine shows a lavish nose, with sweet cherries, crushed berries, floral notes and a hint of hazelnut. On the palate, this is a full-bodied wine, with enticing savoury and spicy layers, plenty of power and length. It will reach it full potential from 2024 onwards.
