Cappellano Barolo Otin Fiorin Pie Rupestris 2011 is a full-bodied single-vineyard red wine produced from Nebbiolo grapes in the Barolo appellation of Piedmont, northern Italy. Otin Fiorin Pie Rupestris is one of two single-site Barolos produced in the Gabutti vineyard in Serralunga by the highly esteemed Cappellano. This bottling is from the excellent 2001 Langhe vintage and is now coming into its drinking window, though it may be cellared for a further 15-20 years.
