Enzo Boglietti Barolo Arione 2013 is a full-bodied Nebbiolo red wine from the Barolo appellation of northern Italy. Located in the heart of La Morra in Piedmont, Boglietti is a highly regarded family winery established by brothers Enzo and Gianni Boglietti in 1991. The family`s Arione cuvée uses Nebbiolo fruit from a prime, south- and south east-facing vineyard site planted in 1999 in Serralunga. The wine was matured for 16 months in 40% new barriques, then racked to a large oak vat for six months and finally transferred to stainless steel tank for a further six months before bottling. Producer note. "Bright, ruby colour with a light orange hue. A very fine fragrance of red and dark fruit precedes ethereal aromas of dried and fresh flowers, and sweet spice. A Barolo of absolute precision and elegance.
