Based in Washington State, Involuntary Commitment is a side project from the winemaking team at Andrew Will Winery. All the wines are typically fermented in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts and aged in 100% neutral French oak barrels. The 2019 vintage is a blend of 55% Cabernet Franc, 26% Merlot and 19% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from top vineyards in the Columbia Valley. Expect an approachable, medium-bodied red with notes of dark fruit, herbs, earth and a hint of tobacco.
