Von Siebenthal Carabantes 2021 is a full-bodied Syrah-based blended red wine from the Aconcagua Valley of Chile. Made from 85% Syrah and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, this concentrated yet elegant blend was produced from organically farmed grapes and aged in French oak for 18 months prior to bottling. Expect intense aromas of violet, rosemary and blackberries, with mouthcoating flavours of sweet blackcurrant, plum, cedar and chocolate on the softly textured palate.
