Situated in Congy, south of Épernay and west of Vertus, Ulysse Collin is a boutique champagne producer with roots dating back to 1812. The estate in its contemporary form was founded by Olivier Collin in 2003. With a predominant chalky character over fruit, this Blanc de Blancs unfolds layers of exotic green and yellow citrus, preserved lemon, fuzzy kiwi, and a dense, chalk-infused minerality.
