Ukiyo Rice Vodka is a premium rice-based vodka made on Okinawa Island in Japan. This pure, crisp vodka is a product of the unique Okinawan rice spirit awamori. The awamori is traditionally fermented with black koji and distilled, before being redistilled to produce a pure rice spirit. Exceptionally smooth and subtly sweet, Ukiyo Rice Vodka combine subtle yuzu, violet and lavender notes. Enjoy with tonic or soda water.
