An elegant Cariñena, Garnacha and Syrah blend from the 2017 vintage, aged for 14 months in French oak (20% new). Brilliant ruby red with garnet highlights. Astounding floral, rose nose, black cherry fruit and aromatic herbs (thyme) coming through. Lively and light-bodied on the palate, full of personality, well structured with pleasant tannins and a streak of acidity that promises a good future. A great match for game and red meats such as lamb.
