Priorat Wines
A region celebrated for its red wines (typically matured in French oak), the traditional, local varieties of Garnacha and Cariñena make up the majority of plantings, being well suited to the hot, dry conditions and the unique llicorella soils. Red blends play a key role in Priorat too, using international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. A small amount of white wine is also made from Grenache Blanc and Macabeo. Revel in the remarkable complexity and finesse that Priorat has to offer at a wide array of price points.
