A Franco-Australian collaboration between Penfolds and the Champagne House Thiénot, to mark the Australian winery’s 175th anniversary. This extra brut cuvée is made from equal parts of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a dosage of only 4g/l. The wine shows a fresh yet buttery nose, evocative of white fruits. It`s a delicate and light champagne, zesty and well-balanced.
