Hundred Hills has emerged as one of the most promising quality-orientated English sparkling wine producers of recent years. Working with a commitment to sustainability with minimal interference in the winery, it produces its exemplary range of sparkling wines entirely from estate-grown fruit in the Stonor Valley close to Henley. Hillside No 3 is produced from late-harvested Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from across Hundred Hills` south-facing vineyard parcels. "Much more recognisably Champagne-like than the Preambles.
