Mittnacht Freres Terres d`Etoiles Gewürztraminer 2020 is a varietal Gewürztraminer from the Alsace region of northern France. Founded in 1958, Domaine Mittnacht is a 23-hectare biodynamically-farmed estate based around the villages of Hunawihr and Ribeauvillé. The domaine`s Terres d`Etoiles boasts an intense nose with scents of fresh exotic fruits, nuanced with spicy notes of clove and star anise which follow through on the palate. Rich and powerful on the palate, with a refreshing seam of acidity providing excellent balance. Perfect as an apéritif, or paired with Asian and Indian cuisine or with strong-flavoured cheeses.
