Skerk Ograde 2021 is a medium-bodied, skin-contact white wine from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of Italy. Azienda Agricola Skerk is a small family-owned winery located in Friuli-Venezia Giulia in north-eastern Italy. Ograde is a unique and expressive white blend combining Vitovska, Malvasia, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc. Its winemaking process involves 10 days of maceration in oak vats, 12 months over its lees, 12 more months in big oak vats and six months of aging in bottle. The resulting wine is often characterized by its vibrant acidity, complex aromatics, and a combination of fresh and ripe fruit flavours.
