Seventy One Gin, a luxurious gin aged in oak casks, is the creation of the renowned Turkish fashion photographer Mert Atlas. Drawing inspiration from the art of perfumery, the spirit undergoes a meticulous process of individually distilling botanicals and skilfully blending them to achieve a fragrant and harmonious composition. Among the botanicals are the ethereal Queen of the Night cactus flowers, which bloom only at night and fade by dawn, as well as rose petals and grapefruit peel, in addition to the classic gin ingredients. Following this, the gin is rested in oak casks for a period of 71 nights, imparting a velvety touch of vanilla. Available here in a convenient 20cl mini bottle.
