Situated in Santa Barbara County, Sea Smoke Cellars is a California-based winery with a special emphasis on crafting exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines. The estate was founded by Bob Davids in 1999 and its production is still relatively small. The name ‘Sea Smoke’ was inspired by the cooling marine fog that blankets the vineyards along the course of the Santa Ynez River. This estate-grown Chardonnay exudes aromas of Meyer lemon zest, freshly sliced melon, and honeycomb. These scents intertwine harmoniously with notes of mandarin and a subtle nutty essence, creating a well-defined mid-palate.
