Hailing from the Rheingau region, this German sparkling wine boasts a residual sugar content of less than 6g/l. Produced through the traditional method, the wine undergoes a lengthy 48-month ageing process on the lees. Sourced from a Riesling-dedicated vineyard nestled in chalky soils, it exudes custardy and creamy aromas initially, accentuated by the distinctive waxiness and lime notes inherent to Riesling. On the palate, it is full-bodied, showing hints of tropical fruit, and invigorating acidity.
