The 2018 Cartoixa is a blend of 60% Garnacha and 40% Cariñena, sourced from high-altitude vineyards with llicorella slate soils, contributing to its depth and tension. The aromatic profile unfolds with wild blackberry, dried violets, vanilla, and clove, layered with a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, vibrant acidity and refined, chalky tannins frame flavours of raspberry coulis, blackcurrant, and black pepper, with a long, focused finish. A wine of structure and elegance, it captures both the power and finesse that define great Priorat.
