Saumur Blanc Brézé is 100% Chenin Blanc from 1.2ha of organically farmed vines planted in 1933 and 1952. The 2016 is incredibly tightly-wound, focussed and powerful. Crystalline in its white fruit character with subtle floral/herbal nuances and exceptional mineral complexity, this will need at least another 5 years to enter its prime drinking window.
