A Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé, Saint-Georges Côte Pavie is a small 5-hectare property, planted to Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The Château has been in the same family since it was acquired by Jules Charoulet in 1873 and is now run by Philippe Masson, with the support of Stéphane Derenoncourt as a consultant. Expect plenty of ripe red and dark berries, dark chocolate, and just a hint of mint.
