Based in the village of Corpeau, Jean-Charles Fagot took over the Domaine from his father in the mid-1990s and never looked back. Jean-Charles is also the owner of a restaurant – Auberge du Vieux Vigneron – which has a great range of wines on the list. This gorgeous Saint Aubin Premier Cru has been fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Expect notes of orchard fruit, white flowers, gingerbread and a touch of mint.
