Based in Auxey-Duresses, Terres de Velle is a relatively new Burgundy producer which was established in 2009 by husband-and-wife team Sophie and Fabrice Laronze. The vineyards are ploughed and are mostly run organically. These are smart wines, offering a good range in both colours. This Bourgogne Blanc is a 100% Chardonnay and represents a superb entry-level offering from the estate.
