Made from meticulously handpicked grapes grown in the beautiful Roebuck and Little Brockhurst vineyards, situated near Petworth in West Sussex, this outstanding English sparkling wine is the result of a harmonious blend featuring 44% Pinot Noir, 42% Chardonnay, and 14% Pinot Meunier. Each vineyard site contributes its unique character, enhancing the distinctive nature of Roebuck`s signature blend. Carefully selected grape bunches were hand-harvested and gently pressed as whole clusters. After undergoing partial fermentation in the finest Burgundian barrels, the wine enjoyed generous ageing on its lees in the bottle for a minimum of 36 months, imparting splendid richness and complexity to this classic cuvée.
