Rex Hill Pinot Noir 2019 is a medium-bodied red wine produced from Pinot Noir grapes in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. Rex Hill has been making beautifully elegant Pinot Noir for over 35 years and is one of the most celebrated wineries in the Willamette Valley AVA in Oregon. Producer note. " An overtly complex and layered wine. Pretty, floral notes of lavender and violet join spicy aromas of black pepper, cedar, tobacco and Bergamot tea. Earthiness on the nose, and the accompanying fruit is on the darker spectrum. black cherry, currant, cassis and wild blueberry. On the palate, chewy tannins with a peppery spice element showing through. The finish is long, with lingering tannin and a juicy plum note."
