Established in 2005, Marie Courtin is a small champagne producer owned and run by Dominique Moreau, who named the business after her grandmother. Dominique makes several cuvées, including Résonance, a blanc de noir made from a single plot of 40-year-old Pinot Noir vines and aged on the lees for 2 years before disgorgement. The 2019 vintage is a fruit-forward champagne, offering notes of ripe green apples, pears, hints of peach and toast.
