A blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir in a blend of 11 crus. Aged on the lees for 11 years before disgorgement. Floral, orange blossom character on the nose together with nutty, saline and smoky nuances. Crisp citrus and tropical fruit on the palate, concluding on a long and complex finish.
