Carte d’Or is made from 75% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier and, indeed, has much of the character of a delicious Blanc de Noir. It has fine aromatic richness, gorgeous fruit definition, spicy depth and a powerful drive. A gourmand Champagne, this is ideal with Chaource cheese.
