Domaine Joseph Pascal Puligny-Montrachet 2022 is a medium-bodied Burgundy white wine from the Puligny-Montrachet appellation of the Côte de Beaune. Based in Puligny-Montrachet, Jean Pascal & Fils is a 15-hectare Domaine run by Jean Pascal’s grandson Yann together with his wife Alexandra. All their wines are barrel fermented and aged on the fine lees for 12 months prior to bottling. This is their village-level Puligny-Montrachet, made from vines that have an average age of 44 years. From the very promising 2022 Burgundy vintage, this is a pure and precise Puligny. layers of apple, pear, citrus, white flowers and spices, and a creamy, rounded texture.
