Domaine Ramonet, a prestigious estate in Burgundy, is famed for its exceptional white wines often held by critics in a similar regard to Jayer or DRC. Established in the late 1920’s by Pierre Ramonet the estate is now run by brothers Noël and Jean-Claude.
The 2021 Les Ruchottes Premier Cru reveals a nose of citrus zest, white flowers, and a hint of wet stone. The palate is elegant, featuring crisp acidity, a pronounced mineral core, and flavours of green apple and lemon curd, culminating in a persistent finish.
