Buisson Renard is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from a clay-rich parcel at the lower end of Saint Andelain and is often the richest of the range. The 2016 is alluring, complex and remarkably elegant. It has silky texture, vibrant acidity and delicious notes of citrus, peach, lemongrass and salt.
