Situated in Montepulciano, Poliziano is a family-owned winery celebrated for its Vino Nobile di Montalcino red wines. The estate draws its name from the Renaissance poet Angelo Ambrogini, famously known as Poliziano. This particular offering comprises 100% Sangiovese sourced from a 14-hectare single vineyard perched at an elevation of 350 meters above sea level. The nose offers balsamic aromas coupled with nuances of cigar box, tobacco leaf, herbal liqueur, and sweet cherry. On the palate, expect notes of sweet cherry and cranberry, beautifully harmonized with integrated acidity and structured tannins.
