Situated in Napa Valley`s prestigious Oakville region, the PlumpJack winery was first established in 1995 by Gavin Newsom and Gordon Getty. The winery takes is name from Shakespeare`s character, Sir John "PlumpJack" Falstaff. The 2012 Reserve Chardonnay displays notes of orchard fruits and citrus together with spice and vanilla nuances and a creamy, rich palate.
