Founded in 1983, Peter Michel Winery is a boutique producer of incredibly high-quality Californian wines made in the mould of the great wines of Bordeaux and Burgundy. Les Pavots is the flagship red and the 1999 is composed of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc and 17% Merlot from a single vineyard in the Knights Valley district of Sonoma County.
