The 2020 Occidental Cuvée Catherine captivates with its luminous ruby colour, akin to a precious jewel. A noticeable marine influence graces the nose, reminiscent of ocean brine, iodine, and the essence of tidal pools at low tide. Enveloped within are delightful notes of tiny red and black berries, accented by hints of violets. The palate comes alive with vivid flavours of black raspberry and black cherry, elevated by the zesty brightness of neon blood orange.
