Produced from the Premier Cru `Aux Perdrix` vineyard in Nuits-Saint-Georges, this delightful Red Burgundy sees 18 months aging in French oak barrels (around 50% new). Complex on the nose with black fruit aromas of black cherry, cassis, peppery spice and floral, rose notes carrying through to a mouth-coating palate with silky tannins and a fresh a vibrant finish. Enjoy with grilled meats and marinated vegetables.
