The grapes for this Pinot Noir are 100% whole bunch fermented in used oak and steel. The wine is aged for 10-18 months on used barrels of 228 and 350L’s. Wolber is dedicated to organic viticulture focusing on low intervention. This wine exhibits notes of dark cherry, underpinned by earthy undertones and subtle spice.
