Domaine Méo-Camuzet, based in Vosne-Romanée, is renowned for its refined Côte d`Or wines. The 2022 Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru "Aux Boudots" reflects the domaine`s commitment to quality. Sourced from vines near the Vosne-Romanée border, this Pinot Noir benefited from excellent ripening conditions. Since 2012, vinification has included 10-15% whole clusters, adding depth and finesse. The wine is round and fleshy, with a well-integrated structure that softens Nuits-Saint-Georges` typical austerity. Medium-bodied, it offers fine tannins, freshness, and a sapid edge that lingers on the palate. With time in the cellar, this cuvée will gain further complexity and refinement.
