The average age of the vines is 47 years old and the vineyards are farmed without herbicides, pesticides, artificial fertilizers or synthetic sprays. Vinothek is a single-vineyard Riesling bottled after 16 years of cellar-aging. It is a full-bodied, intense and simply enthralling wine, with remarkable tension, structure and complexity.
