Distilled with `Nc`nean`s unique combination of classic gin botanicals and local Scottish plants to create a rich and floral spirit. The barley spirit adds a malty, fruity undertone that plays exceptionally well with Nc`nean`s chosen botanicals. The ten botanicals are a mix of traditional gin flavours with locally foraged plants. juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, chamomile, grapefruit, bog myrtle, thyme, sorrel, heather.
