Briottet were founded in the mid-19th century in Burgundy originally bottling & selling local wine. Edmond Briottet recognised the growing popularity of the local `Kir` cocktail & soon shifted production to Crème de Cassis before expanding the company`s range to include other liqueurs. Today, Briottet are considered to be one of the finest bottlers of fruit liqueurs anywhere in the world. This Creme de Cacao blanc is produced using roasted cocoa beans & is a fantastic addition to any cocktail cabinet.
