A superb "Nama Genshu" sake from Narutotai. "Nama" denotes this sake is un-pasteurised and "Genshu" means that the Sake is un-diluted and bottled at a slightly higher ABV.
Notes of juicy pear, white grape and sweet melon dance on the nose while the palate balances a rich texture with a clean, zesty acidity. Food friendly for sure, but equally delicious enjoyed served on its own, chilled.
