Frank Cornelissen is world-renowned for his no-nonsense minimal intervention expressions of the unique Mt Etna terroir. Munjebel Bianco is a blend of four high-altitude vineyards (between 620-750m a.s.l) and is equal parts Grecanico Dorato and Carricante. The juice is fermented with the skins using indigenous yeasts and is bottled unfined with minimal sulphur and filtration. Driven by aromas and flavours of pithy citrus and crushed minerals, this is a textural and beautifully complex white wine to enjoy alongside fresh seafood platters.
