Kalathas Sainte Obéissance Vignes Centenaires 2019 is a skin-macerated white wine produced from the rare Aspro Potamisi grape variety on the Cycladic island of Tinos, Greece. Kalathas is a pioneering natural wine producer on Tinos. Their Sainte Obéissance cuvée is produced from centenarian vines which add even greater levels of concentration and complexity to this already complex wine. "Spicy and deeply mineral, yet still showing pear and stone fruit. On the palate, lovely texture, fine friction. Mouth-watering and should be a really versatile food wine.
