The cuvée René Lalou is Mumm’s homage to its chairman, who worked tirelessly for the Maison for more than half a century and whose philosophy was to put terroir at the heart of their champagnes. Historically a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, the label was discontinued after the 1985 vintage. A remarkable bottle for its historical interest rather than actual consumption.
