Mujaku is a super-premium sake produced by Horie Sake Brewery, the oldest sake producer in Yamaguchi Prefecture. The liquid is made with 100% Isehikari rice, that is grown organically and milled down to a very low polishing ratio. Just like a fine wine, Mujaku will develop even more complexity from bottle ageing. Only 1,000 bottles are produced every year and distribution is restricted to private clients and exclusive spirits retailers.
