Based in Yamaguchi on the west coast of Japan`s main island, Dassai is a family-owned brewery that produces super premium sake of Junmai Daiginjo level. The rice selected for Dassai Beyond is based on the producer’s own strict standards, only using the best of the premium grade of Yamada Nishiki rice. This is a clean and incredibly smooth sake, with a long, mineral finish.
